Welcome to our Family Dental Office! The dynamic brother and sister team, Dr Mira Wassef and Dr Maged (Max) Wassef are proud to provide you with dental professional excellence.
Lakeside Dentists has been providing comprehensive family dental care for the Etobicoke, Mississauga and Toronto areas since 1969.
Dr. Mira Wassef
Dr Mira Wassef graduated from McGill University and went on to spend one postgraduate year working at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.
She is a member of the Crown and Bridge society, the Ontario Dental Association as well as the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. She brings experiences gleaned from travel to many parts of the world including remote areas of Africa, South America and Northern Ontario, delivering dental care to underserved communities.
She has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in areas such as oral and intravenous conscious sedation as well as Invisalign and enjoys working with both children and adults in all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Maged (Max) Wassef
Dr Maged (Max) Wassef graduated from University of London (UK) in 2000. He then continued his postgraduate education and attained the MFDS RCS qualification from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons.
He has been working as a family dentist for the past 14 years. He has been a mentor and trainer for newly qualified dentists. He is a member of the Ontario Dental Association as well as the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. He is committed to his further education and training and has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in Invisalign treatment, Implant dentistry and Cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Wassef loves the outdoors. When he is not creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys cycling, playing squash and surfing. He is a keen skier and snowboarder and always loves to hear about his patient’s travel adventures.
